The 2019 Rugby World Cup takes place in Japan from 20th September to 2nd November 2019, it will be the 9th Rugby World Cup in the last 32 years since 1987. In that time we have only seen four nations claim the ultimate prize in rugby and only one of those rests in the northern hemisphere.
